Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind you can return most unused or unwanted items whether purchased online from Bricktastic Plastic Pty Ltd, as long as it is within 30 days of purchase and you have the online proof of purchase.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee as we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase at Bricktastics.

Our Shipping is sent Via Australia Post. We ensure we hand pick and pack every item carefully to ensure that your LEGO® is well protected.

For domestic orders within Australia, please expect 6 working days for delivery time for standard postage. For our International orders please allow up to 2 to 4 weeks for your items to arrive.

Our orders typically arrive prior to 4 weeks however please use this as a guide. We do ask for patience when waiting for your order as sometimes customs clearance can hold up items for delayed periods of time. As always we are here to help if you are concerned with the delivery time of your items. We will also provide you with a tracking number if it is available.

As part of our returns policy, the return and postage of the items in question are the responsibility of the customer. Please note we will not be responsible for shipping, postage or payment of postage back to us in order to organise your return.

Whilst we will not pay for shipping for a change of mind returns, we will however pay for the postage and returns cost for any item that is damaged, physically wrong or defective.

We treat each return on its merit, understanding the reason for the refund. If there is something wrong physically with the item or a defect with the item we will do everything to make it right at the expense of Bricktastics.

Our policy including the change of mind limits do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.
