Christmas Shipping Deadlines
Domestic Orders: Everyone wants to know their orders will arrive in time for Christmas. We have been advised by Australia post that orders received before:12th of December for Standard Post and 19th December for Express Post will arrive in time for Christmas Day
International Orders: For international orders shipping times can vary depending on your countries Postal/Covid Circumstances. We recommend giving as much time as possible, orders typically arrive within 2-4 weeks, but can take longer. Check with your local postal system if you are concerned, but in general, we are seeing shipping times return to normal, and advise Express service if you have any concerns.
Processing Times
Domestic Orders: We are currently maintaining order dispatch times of under 1-3 days. Due to a high volume of orders we are taking a little longer than the 24 hours we take to process your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period.
Stock Levels
Bricktastics has seen significant demand increases in its products over the past 12 months and we are working hard to meet this demand. One of our biggest challenges is sorting fast enough to meet this demand. We have increased our staff count and hope to have most of our core products back in stock by the end of September 2021. We currently restock weekly but due to interest in our products stock usually runs out within days. We apologies for any inconvenience caused and encourage customers to use our "notify when available" feature, which can be used on every out of stock product in our store to obtain timely stock updates.
COVID -19 Updates
At this time Bricktastics advises that Covid-19 is having a minimal impact on our shipping times. If you live in a state or territory currently in Lockdown this may not be true, please allow extra time for delivery if this is your situation, thankyou.
How to get Stock Updates
Simply click the "notify when available" button, which can be found on every out of stock product in our store as pictured below. You will then be emailed when we add new stock to our store that you are signed up for notifications for. But be quick, there is no guarantee that we will not sell out quickly again.
