Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, and our staff are always here to assist you with your order. Bricktastics will always work towards ensuring you are happy with your order. However, if you are still unhappy with your purchase or there is something wrong with your order and you wish to return your purchase.

Bricktastics offers a 30 days no questions asked refund policy, we simply require proof of purchase.

Return postage labels will be supplied and paid for by Bricktastics in the above cases.

As part of our returns policy, the return and postage of the items for reasons other than something being the fault of Bricktastics are solely the responsibility and at the cost of the customer, these include reasons such as "changing your mind" or customers ordering the wrong product etc:
